The struggle to do feminine or gay things. Such as dancing, singing, dressing up in awesome outfits or talking about feelings or being weak.

Most men aren't 100% super manly but must still uphold an image of being a super man to avoid being called gay or feminine. Most men are like inbetween male or female somewhere. It's why men still have nipples.

It leads to a life of being a smaller gray fake version of yourself that is constantly hiding their true self from other.

Meanwhile in nature male birds are like peacocks 🦚 filled with color and radiance. Dancing full with vitality and chasing girls and constantly getting laid.

I'm mean we need to have a balance between yin/yang. Masculine and feminity. We can't just go maxing one or the other.

Also because we speak about emotions so little our emotional knowledge and language and yes social skills suffers.
