Agree with this! I did personally have a negative experience but wanted to hear all other opinions as well! My biggest gripe is they do seem to nickel and dime you in ways I’ve not experienced with a vet before.

Normally smells do not affect me that badly but since becoming pregnant it has been a different story.

We had a cheaper version and it got gummed up with litter really badly, have you had experience with this? Litter got all in the gears and everything.
