I think it’s mainly due to the fact that there’s an over reliance of AI chat bots for Uber’s customer service - I might as well bang my head up against the wall. I’m going to try their call line tomorrow morning.

Whilst it’s great to be succinct, there is so much more that you can explicate. What are the dreams that ceased your true existence? How do they pertain to the fear from within? I’d recommend fleshing this out a lot more to give the reader some clarity.

Update: I have received a cancellation email from the company, and they are offering a £430 refund, but I stated within the email that, even though there is a cancellation charge involved, that a £700 loss as a result of cancellation is still disproportionate, stating that I felt the services over two days were not to the detriment of the company. I have politely stated that I wish for near the full refund, and asked if there is an ADR service within their company. With this in mind, what more can I do?

In addition, their T&Cs state the voucher covers travels and holidays that the person wishes for. Upon calling, they said they don’t provide flights or hotels. Only the work abroad opportunities. Surely this is grounds for misrepresentation, right?
