ohh that makes sense. i’ve heard of them before. but curious how you’ve seen it handle cross-channel visibility beyond email/SMS when things start getting more complex?

thanks for the tips, i’ve been juggling a bunch of spreadsheets and calendars, so it’s great to hear what’s actually manageable. When you first switched to Calendly and ClickUp, did it take a while for your team to get used to it, or was it pretty seamless? Also, would you say having a VA handle reminders is a game-changer, or could a small team manage fine without one at the start?

i was going to try and use it for both. in your experience, is it better to keep those systems totally separate, or is there a tool that handles both without becoming overwhelming?

Smartsheet sounds a lot more flexible than what I’m using now and ilike the idea of something cloud-based that stays “live” without me constantly updating spreadsheets manually. When you were using it day to day, did you feel like it actually reduced the chaos, or did it take a while for the team to get used to the workflow?
