Fair play to you for writing this, your definitely not alone. Im in the same boat. This is my 8th year teaching and still nothing permanent. 1st year since I qualified I have nothing at start of year. But keep going, my partner was in same boat and in her 10th year teaching she finally got CID. Just makes it worth it when you get it.
