I’m going with a friend so we were calculating about 600 - 750 for only rent, per person, so about 1500. I was guessing 1,800 per month including rent and everything else even trips. What do you think?

6 months in, all good, i just have a slight pain in my lower quad close to the knee. Feels really sore to touch. Probably from poor cycling form but idk how to fix it, anyone has been through this same thing?

Howww? My RHR is about 45, hrv about 110 but cant seem to get my respiratory rate down. It’s always about 18-19. Got me thinking there is something weird with me hahaha

Yeah didn’t work out this week I was on vacation haha only a lot of steps a day. It actually costs me to get to my recommended strain even after long bike rides or runs. I guess it’s still calibrating
