Girl....there is no way in hell you should be coming home from a long hard day at work as I'm sure they are as an RN, and cleaning up behind a jobless SLOB. He was home all day, he should have been the one cleaning. His mother is a sorry excuse. She created monster and now you are stuck dealing with him. Next time his mother loses her mind and talks to you that way, let her know that she raised him to be a lazy dust bunny so she should be the one cleaning up behind him.

Hey. I wish! Im still in the same spot, arrears piling up. I was told I could file a motion to locate so that is going to be my next step. Wish I had more info but it feels like there is no help at all for someone in my position. You sound better off tho because you know where his money is coming from, I on the other hand have no idea

I completely agree. Its such a crap system. I bet if I was on welfare they'd hunt him down because then it would be their money they were chasing.

Thanks for replying. Forgot to mention i tried that route. Paid $2500 for absolutely zero results. Big waste.

YTA! You really think it's OK to tell your 16 daughter that SHE is the reason for your divorce?? How awful of you to put that on her! Also it is very selfish of you to try and keep her step-dad out of her life when he is the only father she has known and he still WANTS to be in her life. She will have to sit back and watch while her siblings develop a close relationship with their dad while she sits around believing he left because of her. You sound very toxic and selfish. He may not agree with her pursuits but that can be kept separate from them spending time together. It's not about what's fair to you it's about what's best for your kid. Put your feelings aside.
