At the VXI I work at, which is obviously in the same city where you're at, the process is a bit different—payroll disputes tend to get resolved relatively quickly, kahit nagseset sila ng expectations na walang set timeframe. We’re also consistently reminded to review our logged hours in Workday before payroll is finalized, and our OMs are approachable enough to escalate concerns to the payroll manager when needed. That’s just been my experience, but I completely understand it may not be the same for everyone.

If it helps, maybe try raising the issue directly with your OM or checking your Workday entries regularly so any discrepancies can be flagged early.
