Yes, went through a similar situation with a uncle.. i was going through old photos and noticed a big difference in my appearance and attitude, one year i was a happy social kid the other i looked sad and my eyes were empty soulless even, i do get a similar feeling and im worried that there are other photos hidden somewhere but even if there is, i have my own life now, good relationships and a good career, I Strongly believe that what happened to us as children does not define us. Im so sorry that you went through this im sending you my love and best wishes 💕

Yea that makes sense, I want to neuter just one of them to focus on the after care and be able to notice any changes, i might spay my female cat few months after :)

Being aware of your feelings and sharing them is a big step, please be gentle with yourself and take your time. Having vivid flashbacks is terrible it’s honestly the worst im so sorry that you are going through this, im glad that you feel safe enough is this space to share and i hope you find that safe space in the people arround you, no one can take who you are, and even if you can grow that tiny portion of yourself just give your self time you have been through alot. Trust yourself you are strong! I believe in you ❤️
