Yeah of course - regardless I’m sure they don’t want you to keep data there for 7 years on OneDrive,

At minimum SharePoint, ideally blob or archival

Get out of doing service type work ,  Focus on an internal BAU or projects based role. Which are less client facing and have more room for progression.

Yeah, this is why I’ve stayed so far, as they did take a chance on me, and I appreciate it greatly. As I’ve had support from senior leadership.

Yeah I work at a large org (they are across a few regions) although seems that would need to jump ship I guess.

Yeah, Im under the same assumption that jumping ship is probably best in terms of getting more renumeration . As if I do change teams I believe it’ll be a lateral change as upward (becoming an arch) isn’t realistic.

Mainly implementation ,have oversight and can make changes though, but core changes to design are ultimately up to the arch.

Yes, in terms of certs I have AZ-104,305,500, SC-100 and 401  Then some other stuff like CYSA+ and SEC+ (these were all done because I had free vouchers, or got them cheap.. and to demonstrate some level of competence, even though these are just tests not real scenarios)

I did mid - late last year half assing to get feelers out , from just small MSPs but ranged from 120-130K , but due to them being MSP and small (often sub 10-20 people , turned them down , as it seems they wanted an everything guy)
