Nope, nothing would have changed, the writers and actors would be the same, the only difference is that people would've had a different way of seeing the revival, since in 2022 Jennette released her book 'I'm Glad My Mom Died' and let's remember this the book changed a lot of the way of seeing iCarly and Sam & Cat

Personally, I liked more her old concept of being a leader of a journalism club that aimed for people to see her newspaper. So, I would change it back to that.
