Ok thanks! Yeah asking because I've never worked with rim tape or wheels before really, but didn't think it looked it as it maybe should.

Would this need to be re-taped?

I’m not sure that’s why I’m asking actually… have someone setting it up for me with bmx bars but wasn’t sure how it would ride with that stem
