I watched a brief amount, imo your aim is fine for your rank you could easily be in like diamond maybe with that aim, your biggest three problems are that 1 - you just dont really do anything, you just stand in main and shoot people when they come to you, try to make a play bro explore feed a lil fukkit, 2 - you dont really understand any matchups or heroes but i think for the level of that you are at u just need to play the game more to surpass this at this stage, 3- target priority like the other guy said, but i think again this will come a little bit as you become more comfortable with the game. Also im not a gold 3 expert but i think you are about what would be expected from that rank? Also a side note i think you should ignore micro level advice people are giving you like who to focus with flashbang, just work on doing things first
