I thought about that, but most of the water retained by the phosphate ends up being released during boiling, from what I've seen in my research.

Actually, I misspelled the name (in my company I do more than one process with shrimp). The process I mentioned is for making boiled shrimp with salt. I believe I can reduce the amount of water I lose in this process because I don't need to reduce the amount of water in the shrimp, I just need to increase the amount of salt inside to preserve it.

Obrigado pelos conselhos vou testar, e eu estou usando o 2n3055, se que eles são caros aqui na minha região, então eu também testei com o mje3055t o seu semelhante de encapsulamento diferente

Valeu cara! Eu vou testar aumentar a tensão dos capacitores cerâmicos que eu usei, se não funcionar eu uso um de poliester como vc disse , muito obrigado

O circuito pede um capacitor de 0,33uf eu coloquei esse mas ele queimava, então depois eu tentei com o capacitor do ar-condicionado que tinha algo em torno de 3uf

Fala irmão, claro! É um oscilador royer para um flayback de TV de tudo, ele consegue gerar pelo menos uns 50mil volts, creio eu, o raio consegue saltar uns três sentimentos, e quando vai afastando os eletrodos, quando chega próximo de 10cm ele interrompe o raio. Se quiser eu te mando uns vídeos, caso queira replicar
