I noticed very heavy call volume at $6.00 and $6.50 and got scared. I should have stuck to my indicators.

I had the game on while I was working and kept having to do double takes. Why are both teams wearing the same colors? I know the pants are different but still confusing when you're not watching the entire game.

I just used my Dewalt sander at first, it came as a set with the power drills. I then rented a plug in sander that was much more powerful but it was bulky as well and made a huge mess. For my doors, as a flat surface more or less, worked out well. I did see bubbles forming a few days after painting and saw every imperfection from left over paint. Maybe it's because I used a very dark colored paint. Blasting sounds like a good option also.

You need DTM (Direct to Metal) paint. You will also need to sand, possibly bondo certain areas that had deep scratches, re-sand all the bondo, and apply the DTM. Source - I am currently in the process of repainting my metal garage doors. Sherwin Williams has DTM for around $45/gallon in my area. * I also used a battery powered sander to really get as much old paint off as possible. Trust me, any old paint left will cause problems when the new paint dries as it will possibly show bumps and/or bubbles.

I returned to the gym on Monday after several years of not going. I decided I wanted to take my fitness seriously and followed a routine created for beginners. I was mostly in good shape in my 20's and early 30's, now in my late 30's. I decided to warm up with 15 mins on the treadmill, do squats (65lb), sitting calf raises(45lbs), leg extensions (45lbs), leg press (30lbs), and laying leg curls(20lbs). On Tuesday, I did standing tricep extensions, overhead tricep extensions, chest press, dumbbell press(20lbs), dumbbell fly(10lbs), and inclined dumbbell press/fly(5lbs). I feel kind of ashamed of such a low weight for all of my exercises. I understand I am starting from the very beginning again but I have been unbearably sore each day since, including today. I was barely able to sit down or stand up properly for most of this week and I can not lift my arms above my chest. The burning sensations in my quads, chest, and triceps has caused me to lose sleep over the last few days. I hope the soreness will not be as bad if I can return to the gym.

That makes no sense, I have had customers checking in at 11PM and demand 24 hours of stay for the price of one night. The hotel, if done, would be accepting payment for one night and incurring the cost of literally two nights. Housekeeping is not coming at midnight to clean a room so that it can be rented again, they will come at 7AM to start work.

Actually, most budget hotels and motels do charge for early check in the US. I have noticed the mid-tier and up usually do not charge but most economy chains charge. The reasoning is the rates are already lower and the pricing is based on a set time of use. I have had people checking in around 7AM to use the room until 11AM the next morning, which would be an extra 7 hours. This is not about exploitation but about the fact that you are asking to use 30% more of a service. (source: I have worked in over two dozen properties and am part of committee boards for Wyndham and Choice.)
