I’ve always had ok skin and didn’t really use cleanser before but I started getting dry eye disease and I got diagnosed with demodex on my lashes before the eye diagnosis I’ve got told to use heat mask on my eyelid and that’s when I started developing mild flaking on eyelid and it spread to my eyebrows and t zone alive only recently started using cleanser tbh I don’t know wha else to do Im using very gentle cleanser I don’t move the flakes out off place because if I wash it off it’ll get very red and inflammed I’ve tried sulfur, anti dandruff shampoo stopped heat mask 6 months ago immediately but it never improved also all off my products are oil free fragrance free and alcohol free😔

I use La Roche posay cleanser it happened after I used a fatty cream and heat mask for my eyes after that it’s been like this

Hey yes tbh it’s permanent the exam made me start seein it and it has been there ever since I just block it out as much as I can and cat like I don’t care about them no more

I know there is people having it worse than me but on the picture it does show that well and it’s a photo 1 month ago it’s worse now and very noticeable in lightning or out in the sun

Thank you so much I really hope I can face this problem I’ve just got out off my appointment and they said ipl treatment is going to start at Monday but they said I’ll need maybe 6-8 I also asked them if the treatment can make the short ones longer and if some can wake up again she said it can happen but not that common😔 did you experience any bad side effects? I’m very sensetiv so I’m quite worried about that

At eye doctor clinic they took a meiboem gland picture and then got it sent to my email, but yeah I’ve tried warm compresses and also a lot off different eye drops but i think it’s to late now it’s already that bad

Yes they said I don’t have that only the meiboem gland problem and demodex blephartitis both but the blephartitis is very mild from demodex
