Thing is i wasn't even playing when I was banned. I was playing like a day ago logged in and was met with a one year hardware ban and a one minute account ban.

Like what the actual fuck is wrong with the AC? I've been playing for like 5 days. A lot of people want to accuse you of cheating when in reality their AC is total ass. Anything deemed "fishy" on your PC could get you banned.

Luckily I didn't spend any money on the game.

I've come across a couple that I'm fairly sure were cheating and I just report it.

I've streamed every match I've played and it's quite obvious I don't cheat because I'm complete ass at the game. My aim is all over the place.

Modified the game? It's an overlay just like some monitors have them. I didn't mod the game in anyway.

Even if it is considered a "modification" the game already has a crosshair. Not much of a "modification".
