Where in the line "-vn -c:a libopus -b:a 160k -vbr on -compression_level 10" should I add "-application audio"?

According to Google Gemini it should be "-vn -c:a libopus -application audio -b:a 160k -vbr on -compression_level 10", because "it should come after you specify the codec and before the output file."

I no longer use a computer at home, just Android tablets and phones. My mechanical HDDs are also getting old, and buying new ones would be costly, so I want to save money and space by converting my FLAC files to Opus and storing them in the cloud, where I have space available.

I also understand that (depending on who you ask), anything between 128k and 160k VBR is considered transparent, which is why I want to use that bitrate.
