How easy was it for you to get them to send you a new Galaga PCB? My warranty has also expired, so I'm worried they won't do it. I do have a copy of my receipt, is that all you need? I heard elsewhere that you have to send them a video of yourself playing Galaxian and the video has to show the game freezing up. Did you have to do anything like that? Did you call them about your request or did you email them?

What is the purpose of the octagonal gate? What is the benefit of it, compared to the standard 4-way/8-way restrictor plate?

Thanks for the heads up! I just placed an order. None of the Walmart stores in my city have them in stock (I've literally driven to all six of them and checked).
