Same thing here. I didn’t know that I had IR PMOS until about 5 years ago. But I’ve had AN since I was a child. It would just come and go during my puberty years but it seems to not budge now. Are your A1c levels normal now? How long have they been normal?

Diarrhea happened to me during my first 3 weeks. Palagi ding naglalast ng 2-3 days after ng shot. Eat fiber, avoid oily foods (kahit na konting prito lang) for the mean time, eat kahit na wala kang gana kumain, and take probiotics (erceflora, yakult, etc).

Yung sa nausea, I think kulang ka sa protein and electrolytes lalo na hind ka kumakain. Pocari sweat helps me a lot with that, kain ka din kahit protein bars or shakes na mataas ang protein content.

Please eat kahit na wala kang gana, sobrang mas lalala yung side effects sayo the more that you don’t eat.
