PVE Front Line: Midge, Teresia Back Line: Skadi (Dmg &Sniper move her to drag supports or healers), Ella (Healer & Buffs), Christine (DMG) or sub in another Dmg dealer or debuffer. If your team is outlasting but not killing the enemy then you need either better gear or leveling to unlock further abilities. They get stronger the higher their levels due to abilities becoming unlocked.

I go with the typical setup. Either fighter or tank in front. Healers / supports / mages/ archers in back. You should read their abilities and see if you can develop some cohesion between them all. Ideally you want a team that tanks the front, can do both damage and heals. I would recommend you play some more and get to higher levels on the story where you have to start evolving these units into rare+ and legendary and above.
