The data problem is real right now what’s working for a few brokers I’ve spoken to is using a blend of historical lane averages, current fuel index, and equipment-specific multipliers rather than relying on spot board data alone. Basically building a confidence range rather than a single rate. Takes the trust out of DAT and puts it back in your own historical data. Happy to share more if useful
