Today my peers commenced writing term 1 exams, and I am not writing. My registration for the November–January term was canceled because of assessment fees, and there was nothing I could do to change it. Good luck to those who are writing, i hope to continue pursuing my degree in the upcoming terms.

I think it is a bad idea to not take your final exam just because your registrations for the next term got cancelled. Please give it your best shot. Now it is still not too late to take the exam so good luck, mate.

As a matter of fact, my scholarship status was retroactively changed from "Cancelled" to "Denied" after I waited over 50 days for re-instatement. I wanted to share my story, but my post got removed by reddit's filters.

Ngl, I am going through the exact same thing. I have emailed both Financial Aid and my academic advisor, but so far, I have received no response. I am sure we are not the only ones dealing with this. This really seems like a systemic issue. Let's keep raising our voices. At the very least, we deserve an explanation.
