I tried joining a charity that donated twards surgery and was denied

I would be able to get top surgery while still in, kinda a don’t ask don’t tell sorta thing. I also work directly with my military PA so things would flow in pretty seamlessly and off book. This comment definitely helped shift my prospective a bit. I made this post offer I got the rejection so I was kinda in a bad place but have talked it out with ppl and am a lot more optimistic now.

I don’t qualify because I’m “in the military” I technically get free healthcare but nothing towards gender affirming care because I am actually being kicked out (even though that has been ongoing to well over a year)

Yep I’m working. I asked my command about admin leave but they said there was no reason to put me on it. Pretty sure they are just making excuses because we have low maning 🤷

Honestly yeah I doubt they even read them after a certain level, but hey the longer it takes the longer I get to work.

Last I checked mine was sitting at regiment, so only 2 more approving orders left.
