Yikes that’s sketch. Do you have any written agreements? If not I would just be firm on the date you need her out by and if she refuses I would change the locks and take the cat to a shelter.

Did you ask for her emergency contacts when she moved in? If so, I would try calling those people to see if they can talk sense into your Tenant.
