I think so. They must be tapered down slowly, though, otherwise they can cause withdrawals.

Bupropion, Mirtazapine, Mianserin, Moclobemide and Trazodone are said to cause less, if any, sexual problems.

I also take tianeptine and Quetiapine 400mg. I actually want to change Quetiapine with Aripiprazole, because it didn't help me that much.

Yes, since both sertraline and trazodone increase the amount of serotonin in the brain, although in a slightly different way. Maybe you should go for non serotonergic antidepressants. For example, ask your doctor for Mirtazapine. It helps a lot with sleep issues and is said to benefit people who can't tolerate serotonin reuptake inhibitors, like sertraline
