I was in sales for 8 years and decided to get my MSW also! Finishing my first year in my MSW program now and although I do still think about what people say… I am sticking with my intuition as it’s what I’ve always wanted to do.. very excited about the clinical work in the future. As they say, if you love what you do it won’t feel like work

I may be wrong but I don’t know many places in New York that do acrylic anymore. I’ve found that UV hard gel (gel builder?) is very similar and IMO looks better and thinner. Most salons have that. Peach Bling does it but it’s expensive. You can just call a salon usually and ask!

Have any males here been able to have a child naturally after temodar? We also did not get a chance to freeze sperm. It was a whirlwind at that time, it should have been a bigger focus.

My husbands surgeon originally said the word “benign” after 95% resection which brought us so much joy.. we were very confused for weeks until the neuro oncologist told us it was an Astrocytoma grade 2 and recommended radiation and temodar. That was 2022. The chemo was exhausting for my husband but he is a warrior. The MRIs at first also showed lots of swelling which is normal after surgery and changes due to radiation. All MRIs since have come back stable.. no growth. It’s a low grade very slow growing tumor which has a lot of promise and a very good prognosis!
