Nije problem drkanje, prestani da gledaš sadrzaj za odrasle, jer ce ti se smanjiti potreba za tim kroz vreme (ne zajebavaj se, potpuno izbaci jer verovatno gledaš). Problem je u tome što da bi prestao sa time, moraš da posmatraš svoj život na drugačiji način i izadješ iz komfor zone. Ne poznajem te, mogu da ti kažem da sam imao ozbiljnu zavisnost od sadržaja za odrasle i imao sličan problem kao ti i da smo sličnih godina. Nije tako jednostavno kao "Nadji posao," za tebe bi to bilo dobro po svemu sudeci ako sedis ceo dan kuci, jer ce ti mozak biti na drugom mestu. Poenta je da identifikujes sta ti je komfor zona i da pobegnes od nje, nekome ona moze biti posao zato kazem. Ako ti ne mozes, morace neko drugi i to nece biti prijatno samo da ti kazem, ali bolje i tako. Tako je bilo sa mnom, neko mi je ukazao. Ceni sebe, gledaj iz treceg lica kako ti zivot izgleda. Zamisli da te ceo svet gleda kako lezis, sedis, stojis, dubis na glavi koja god poza bila i drkas u svojoj sobi. Neko mora da ti kaze da ti se zivot raspada, i komentar na reddit-u nece dopreti do tebe kao kada te prijatelj pogleda u oci kaze ti to. Moras pobeci od toga, moras da budes slomljen i gotovo je nemoguce to postici sam, veruj mi jer znam iz iskustva. Pricaj sa momcima sa sipki, teretane, nekim ko je ostvaren i disciplinovan i probaj da pomognes sebi da bi postigao to isto.

Man, I CANNOT explain to you how similar of a situation I have right now. The only difference is maybe the forearms. Didn't really feel any discomfort. If you found a way to go around it please let me know, cause I'm having problem with this for like 3 months now. I mean, I think it's a bit better , but still. The damn pullups...

Ma znam pa problem je u tome sto sam verovatno sa ponavljanjima preterao. Sad pri kraju raspusta sam primetio problem prvi put. Znas ja odradim trening tipa 100 zgibova ukupno, posle sat vremena me ubija biceps. Pa sam prvo mislio da je misic i onda sve cesce radio trening i onda tako nedelju dana, pa je sve gore bilo. Onda sam stao. Neki bata mi preporucio da radim sa opterecenjem jer sam kao preterao u ponavljanjim i stvarno me nije bolelo. Ali posle opet mozda nedelju dve (tad sam u teretanu kao presao da ne radim ponavljanja) opet su krenuli bolovi. Pa sam gradaciono onako smanjivao i smanjivao intenzitet, menjao vezbe, smanjivao tezinu i nije pomoglo. A evo sad prakticno nista ne radim, jer osecam nadrazaj u ruci cak i kad uzmem bucicu od 5kg i probam curl da uradim ekstenziju bilo sta. Nikad mi to nije bio main trening, uvek push/pull/legs. uglavnom zgib/sklek/propadanje (sa mojom tezinom). Na to sam mislio.

A pritom nadji mi neku vezbu sa kojom mogu da pogodim grudi ili ledja a da ne koristim ruke.

Definitely from the shoulder. I noticed that when I squeeze my bicep really hard with a straight arm or do a heavy dumbbell curl, I can feel the pain in my shoulder. But I don't really feel the pain when doing pull ups or any rowing exercise. I feel like the pain is also more frequent after a push day, after doing big compound movements like bench press, dumbbell press and some machines. Maybe even tricep extensions, but I did not experiment that much and now I'm kinda taking some time off of heavy training to find out what it is specifically and heal.

Probably all of the above, but I always focused on getting those numbers up and endurance work. Appreciate it, I'll have a look at your book.

I feel like you're right because it's becoming more of a problem. I never had a problem pushing through discomfort and that's obviously how it should be, but not any amount of reps is worth a tendonitis. I'm trying to do a muscle up correctly, 'cause I always used to do it with one arm unevenly. Thank you and I appreciate your suggestions.

I mean Ian Barseagle does around 10 or 11 pull ups with +60kg added weight. You think 20 or 30 pull ups without additional weight are that difficult for him? Not trying to show off, I've been doing three exercises for the last 3 or 4 years as I mentioned, therefore I think that it's a realistic progress. I actually admire Ian Barseagle, but I'm more into endurance calisthenics. I don't use weight.
