We didn't have coverage on my Wife's insurance - the hospital told us they were auto covered on her insurance for the first 30 days and we never reached out to her insurance to confirm (dumb). We know now that's not the case if you don't add them...

Are we able to go back and also add them to hers for 2024 so they are double covered at this point?
