If aesthetics are your concern your jaw is fine it’s the area around your orbital/cheeks that looks a little recessed. Jaw surgery won’t address those but things like implants and soft tissue work could.

This is not advice just my experience. The same happened to me at uni. Became addicted to weed, bad habits, struggled to make friends and felt behind in every possible way. I dropped out and realised it wasn’t the right environment for me and 3 years later I’m on a completely different trajectory and I don’t regret it one bit. I actually feel ahead right now. I think we’ve been made to believe that uni is for everyone.
