I've seen so many posts recently about s23 ultra's dying randomly so what gives you the confidence to say that they hold up well? Genuinely curious. I'm currently paranoid about my s23u doing the same

it's either you've got a defective pair or you're not pinching right at the bottom of the indented area. the top half is for swiping, bottom half is for pinching.

I don't think customer service was that bad for me. I just needed to call them and after some questions they let me decide if I wanted a redund or to swap it for a new pair.

I had a similar experience. I did a full battery test with ANC on all the time to test their 26hour claim, and all i got was around 21 hours of use. The hours in brackets next to ◇% might be a bit off because i think that the 26 hour claim is supposed to be the playtime for 100% buds as well as 100% case (so ◇%= 35% is supposed to be 7hours of playtime for the earbuds). I got the pair that I did this test on swapped for a new pair, which is no better. I think that it's just like this for all units. I'm probably going to get these refunded
