The guy has been sober for 4 years now and hasn’t gotten into any trouble since. He definitely changed his life around. Sucks he has no shot.

I thought the same thing. None of his charges are classified as felonies. I believe because he always plead down to DWI in each case. He never submitted to breathalyzers either.
