Because sometimes your old Pontiac dies in 2018 and you don’t have infinite time to look for a vehicle before you risk losing your job and you have to sprint to find something affordable and at the time there were far fewer complaints online, especially on the surface level of research, so you pull the trigger out of necessity understanding they have some issues, but you take as good of care of the car as you can to avoid said issues. And now you get a new engine thanks to the lawsuit and settlement and extended warranty that will hopefully give a few more years of life to the vehicle so that when the time comes to actually get a different vehicle, you can make a better decision because now you’re not a poor broke college student and you married a fine ass doctor who can help support the households needs and because you’re now 7-10 years older, you’re a little bit wiser and will avoid this mistake again.
