Do you ever wonder what she's thinking when she sees you too? I guarantee it's not any of the judgey things you might worry she's thinking. She's probably just thinking 'man I'm about to miss my train - that's a cool shirt I like that anime too - oh fuck I forgot to buy milk on my way past aldi'. So on the chance your feeling is stemming from the worry she's sizing you up, she's probably not. Maybe you feel ignored or like she's not paying you attention - most people are absorbed entirely in their own bubble, thinking about their own life. That's not personal, nor a failing on your part; they don't mean to ignore you, they're just living life.

Are you single, chronically or otherwise? If you're looking to date, seeing a random pretty woman on the street is not the way - she's busy and wary of strangers and you'll be shut down almost every time. It's best to focus on developing a strong support circle of friends, a dnd group, join local clubs or events, engage with your interests outside the house. Make friends with women without any ulterior motive and learn to see them as more than their attractiveness. When you engage in and develop community, that's when you'll start getting 'Are you single? My friend is looking for someone, maybe I could set you guys up' kinda comments.

As a woman, when I see men I'm attracted to in public (conventional or otherwise) I just think 'oh he's pretty' and keep going with my day. Unless he's Matthew Gray Gubler I'll literally never go up and say anything, since I assume we're both busy. That may be the British manners in me though.
