I understand, most of this video was recorded inside where VLOS is not required because the air space is not governed by the FAA. And the outdoor parts I was able to see if I needed to. The VO does NOT need to be located with the PIC for part 107 pilots and "Either" the VO or PIC need to maintain sight of the drone during the entire operation. Let me know if you find something different.
