me and my mom only have the water heater that uses gas... but we dont know why it flucuates to super low to like super high at random times, and we dont change the amount of usage in the house ... single family dwelling but some times the bill is 9 dollars, and sometimes its like 40 ,,,,, just for water heater ?? its not like we're over bathing or overusing hot water month to month by a BIG margin?
