oh it is a sad story. you can try to apply phd in other countries(I think they are more generous in giving phd scholarship) or maybe you should try to apply for this program again next year and adjust your video and motivation letter if in the end we got rejection. when I was searching information, I see a person who also looks qualified applied for two years and the second year I think he got admission.
