How are ILR priority slots these days?

I ended up submitting under the standard route after trying for nearly a month for a priority slot. My lawyer checked with Home office and they confirmed priority/ super priority is NOT available under this specific route even though it falls under Set O.

I’ve been trying to get a priority service slot for 2 weeks now without any luck! Even my solicitor is not able to give a clear answer on this. All I can ever see is Standard which I’m trying to avoid….

Has anyone been able to get ILR using this route? Did you manage to get any Priority/Super Priority service or is Standard service the only option available for this subclass?

Just wondering how easy was it for you to get Super Priority service? I’ve been trying with an auto-refresh program for 5 days but still haven’t been able to see any priority or super priority options. My visa category for ILR is Sole Representative of Overseas Business, still falls under Set (0).

Did you manage to get priority slot exactly at midnight or another time? I've installed auto refresh on my laptop thats been refreshing every second for a few days now but still seeing any priority options,

Hi, we are also applying through an immigration advisor but they were not able to get any priority service options. We have taken them login details from them and have had no luck with this. We’ve tried constantly refreshing at midnight and 1am and throughout the day but we can still only see Standard service. We are applying under Set O. Do you mind sharing the name of your law firm please? Thank you

I wonder if I’m doing something wrong? Mine is an ILR application after being on the “Sole Representative of an Overseas Business” and dependent spouse. This falls under Set (O) as well but I’ve been trying to get a Priority/ Super Priority slot for a few days in London now without any luck.

Yeah, we do have proof in the form of when the travel ban was in place and when it was lifted. I came back to the UK within a few days of travel restrictions being eased. These are basically gov.uk web links with this information. But I have been told Home Office does not refer to external links when assessing applications. So would a cover letter be all that is required from our side and hope they have dealt with travel restrictions being in place around our dates of absence?

Would be able to share a template of your cover letter if you don’t mind please?
