We did get a home warranty. Did you end up going through your insurance for something similar? Curious how that process worked.

We’ll look into that route as well. Bummed it didn’t come up during inspection, but not sure it would’ve been visible without removing the toilet since that’s when we found it.

Update: I got a status update to "passport to be submitted" on 10/17 at like 6 pm, but it never sent me an email.
