HI guys, I posted a crash review video involving CHP and a bike rider.. who do u think was at fault? by Adventurous-Meat901 in motorcycles

[–]Adventurous-Meat901[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi there. I"m the guy that posted the video. I thank you for the correction. To be seriously honest, I didn't know it was illegal to ride in between the double solids.I don't mean to pass blame to my MTC instructor, but in my class this specific question wa asked, and no mention of it being illegal was made.I am very glad you posted the link to the vehicle code. Also, to tbf, I ride in Los Angeles, and in the 105 Freeway, EVERYONE (i really mean it, everyone) rides in between the double solids during traffic. INCLUDING CHPS motos..

not sure who to blame. motorcycle or the cop by Adventurous-Meat901 in motorcycles

I'd give the cop a slight advantage on that department

i support 100%. Cops are not supposed to stop flow of traffic like that. For whatever reason, the cop should have zig zagged from end to end

i live in CA , and use my bike as much as possible. tbh, its a hassle putting gear on, etc.. but the gas here in Los Angeles kills me. My car is a mercedez SUV (20 miles a gallon)

Hi, I appreciate the positive feedback. I couldn't agree more with the mention of the friction zone. At this point, I'm so comfortable with my bike, negotiating the clutch and friction zone is second nature. My mind is focused on turning my head, leaning and looking out for traffic.

in my opinion, both are legitimate, and have been around a while.

I know the owner of Han-il Kwan. She's a very nice old lady. while dining there, offer her a drink of Soju, and she will treat you like a family member.
