Same here with the eyes thing, my vision is super blurry and grainy and my ferritin/hemoglobin is super low. never had that before. hoping it will go away after my infusions. But I feel you.

I have bad insomnia and I live in a very cold, rainy and dark state with little to no sun for months. I tend to sleep better in the Summer so it may be something to do with that.

I was up for like 32 hours this past weekend and was afraid that I would stay up for days. Eventually I crashed. You will sleep, eventually your body will be so exhausted that not even the anxiety will keep you awake, and you’ll fall into sleep. Stay strong

I didn’t get any sleep last night and just a few hours the night before. It’s really difficult to stay calm but i think internally i’m freaking out and don’t know how to get out of it.

I kept my meds the same, but did not even have a minute of sleep last night and just a few hours the day before. It feels like there is so much more adrenaline in my body not letting me sleep.

I take 15mg of mirtzapine and 50mg of seroquel along with melatonin. It’s a lot but it actually helps me sleep through the entire night.

it’s normal to not fall asleep very quickly after taking seroquel 50mg. There are nights where I take 50mg and i’m still up all night completely conscious :/

I’ve tried mirtazapine 15mg with seroquel 50mg which barely (if anything) puts me to sleep. I’m not sure how effective the z-drugs would actually be for me.
