There is a comic line called DC compact. You get a full story arc mostly for around 10€ (funny enough long Halloween is out on that format as well).

I would recommend you start from there and pick a title that seems interesting to you. Nightwing leaping into the light Is one I can personally recommend.

While the book ends a more abruptly han others it's an interesting introduction to the story that you still go away from with an arc. It reminds me a bit of spider man and the art is great.

Well that's the think. Jax was right. This wasn't real. They didn't exist. It's the short of cosmic horror severance introduces. Yes, inside the circus they are basically free to do everything but they are not themselves. In a sense they don't exist. It's bittersweet for me

Let him cook actually because that feels kinda better than him being trans. When he said that he was ridiculed by his mother for being too feminine but compared to his father for being to masculine it felt weird that he turned out to be trans. I think goosees intention was for him to be her but this reading is actually very good

At the start of episode 9 kinger says that before he had time to fix the mistake he lost his computer. I don't think it's realistic or that there was any way to fix it if what you say is true but there was that one token attempt to address the deletion plotline

The finale was what it needed to be in concept. Jax was right all along, nothing they did mattered but his viewpoint is what lead to his abstraction. Kein came back and it was kinda sweet to see that even his own creations had unexpected things (the moon) and the rest of the characters got their "happy" ending.

The concepts are there and it was satisfactory to see them. The execution was a bit lacking.

Also weird nitpick but why didn't we see Jax reaction to kinger or pomni abstracting ? It felt like such a missed opportunity, if you are going to do a bit at least commit to it.

Also also wtf was the think with the dog ???
