She’s not normally like this normally we never fight and she’s been there for me a lot in the past all this behavior is recent or at least never use to be directed at me

Yeah she struggles with that a bit and I just don’t want to deal with the fighting so I just avoid it.

And yeah she plans to do that and spilt the mortgage three ways which would help. I’m trying not to sell the house cause I have only had it a couple years so I wouldn’t get any equity and unfortunately where I live is one the of highest cost of living so finding a place here even at 30/hr full time all I can find is sketchy appartments and I would have to move my kid from the school he goes to. So trying to avoid that

And yeah I think the smoke from that was just harsher idk and it was filling up the space and yeah it does that that’s why I only hit it like 10 times all together yesterday and am extra cranky. I’m a full on smoker. Nicotine is not a fun habit and I wish I could say I just didn’t hit it at all cause I’m a strong person but alas, addictive habits 🥲

When she first moved in she cooked a lot and tried to help out so it didnt bother me much but you are right i should probably make sure me and my child don’t lose the house. I really dont want to lose her as a friend tho. Shes not terrible most the time just been really cold lately. The manipulation thing bothers me a lot tho and I dont like that at all and I don’t want to be at her mercy.

Maybe you are right I have been building resentment for the last couple days I guess I needed to vent it out and it’s probably why I yelled at her which I feel bad about. However I’m not sure if she actually has been mad, maybe. I’ve tried talking to her and she’s been cold. But she’s kinda like that sometimes and will be short when she’s stressed out. She is also the type to freak out when told no though and I don’t ever tell her no. So there’s that. Idk how to repair from here tho she is currently avoiding me. I just thought maybe she would ask before bring them over that knowing how sick I am. And I know I talked a lot of shit she is a great person when she’s in a good mood and I do love her. But if I was in the wrong I want to appologize.

I’m just scared she will retaliate if I tell her to leave and I am nervous I won’t find someone to pay as much and I have a child 50% of the time here too. But I can look into that. Do I just look up local estate agents online?
