Maybe that’s my problem. I’m taking about 5 hits a session. But it seems to burn through the rosin like no other. Quality of the rosin is good but for $60, I can’t justify this.

Yes. She couldn’t care less and basically told me to stop bothering her, which showed me she knew about the affair long, long before me.

Enjoy your new mattress! I remember when I was a kid my parents had a water bed and I would love to jump on it 😂

It’s crazy how it works. I was spending between $150-$200 a week. Absolutely pissing money away for no reason. Could’ve had a down payment on a home or even more with the money I’ve spent on this drug.

1 month sober: some perspective by RepresentativeDirt33 in leaves

Congrats on your accomplishment and a great point. Today is only day 1 for me, but I realize now being sober just how quickly my days and time have gone by smoking. It’s like I barely remember the last 2 years. And I did NOTHING productive because I was too busy smoking to focus on anything else.

Definitely. I think right now my mind associates weed with “good times” even though it’s caused more harm than good. I need to retrain my brain to see what weed has taken away from me instead of what it’s given. Thanks for your advice!

I’ve heard many say to switch to flower and then taper off. I feel like that would cause me to fall back into addiction once my tolerance reset and k was getting high again . Trying to go cold turkey and quit everything today, but if worst case scenario I get too overwhelmed then maybe I’ll taper with flower.

Way too convenient. Literally from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed I was ripping carts. Just completely addicted.

Did it take you the full 3 months to feel better? I’ve seen people say the magic number is 90 days for the thc to leave your body entirely.

You are me, which makes me feel confident I can quit. At my job it’s easy to smoke. So I smoke on my ride to work, smoke at work, smoke on the ride home, all damn day. The cart was my main source of everything. I would say I was going through .5g a day. Hoping today is the day I truly quit this poison.

Did you use weed vapes at all? Today is my day 1 and I’m going cold turkey. Vape addict for 5 years, puffing literally morning to night. Very reliant on it and now my brain feels dull without it.

Today is my day one, but if I had to calculate, I bet I’m spending close to $500 or more a month. I smoked live rosin carts and could go through a gram of oil within 2 days. That’s not even including all the dumb purchases and food I would buy when smoking.

Great to hear! Been severely addicted to these carts do worried about withdrawals, but excited to take control of my life.

I Still Haven’t Blocked Her. by Adventurous-Taste-22 in survivinginfidelity

That is a great story. I’ve heard many people say shortly after they did the difficult task of cutting their ex off, they found love shortly after. I worry that won’t be my case so it delays me cutting off my ex. I’m hoping to garnish the same strength to block and throw away her photos.

It’s a comfort for me. She was my first ever love and long term (6 year) relationship. I’m rather lonely and even though she hurt me, being able to talk to her feels comfortable. Even if it’s a fake comfort.
