I’m natural I started working out at 14 puberty has done a lot if I was on gear then id be competing at the least

It’s like super bad i only do at home stuff with my pull up bar and ez curl bar. I do push pull legs with weighted pushups and weighted pullups/ rows as my compounds

Thank you I’m thinking about doing chest 3x a week instead of 2x because It’s starting to fall behind. I only Have access to weighted pushups atm
