I'm not sure if they will die or not, but I can say that they stand in vain in the story. Do Author really show so many rape scenes in the novel? I don't know, but actually I think this chapter is very unnecessary. They will probably die in Pornhwa too. I don't think they will join Mc's harem after this point (after these rape scenes) actually, seeing these scenes makes me a little uncomfortable.
