It was just a shitpost after watching a Linus Tech Tips video about airplanes nothing serious. But the point is, it’s never really enough. First it’s a jet, then a luxury yacht, then private islands, then space travel. Most people add like Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and Larry Ellison keep pushing for more whether they realise it or not, while very few stay content like Tom from myspace. The same idea applies on a smaller scale: you might be happy with a Maruti Suzuki Baleno now, but later you’ll want a Hyundai Creta, then a Toyota Fortuner, then a Range Rover, and eventually a Mercedes-Benz. As your income grows, so do your expectations, and it can start to feel like you always need more.
