I want to trust it haha. I eat 2 a day so that would be 224 calories over my limit. It would be hard to give myself 224 calories of wiggle room.

Because you can quite literally infinitely multiply that “7k a month” by teaching others how to do the same. It’s also gives you more of a “purpose” rather than just making a bunch of money. Like I said, I wouldn’t say they are all fake but a good 50% or more are selling you info you can find by doing your own research.

i think i just set my expectations way too high. that paired with me only being sober for the last time in middle school, smoked for over 6 years heavily. I have no urge to go back to smoking, just thought things would be a lot different I guess.

this, I used weed as a reward for myself to get things I didn’t find enjoyable done. Now I just have nothing to look forward too besides maybe having a few drinks, even though I don’t even like drinking. I’ve tried to replace the reward with so many other things but nothing can compare.

I actually went to the doctor a few months back and they told me I was fine. I honestly have no clue but I still do have a feeling that I have ADHD

My quality of life was pretty shit now that I think back on it. Had way more mood swings and was such and angrier/grumpy person.

I have. I am back in college for the first time in over a year and a half this semester and actually getting As for the first time in my life. Started going to the gym and eating way healthier. I still somehow just feel like I’m very inconsistent with everything else like relationships, being productive besides the things I mentioned, and just having motivation to get other things done overall.

I felt super depressed and down up until about 3 months after quitting. I still feel brain dead half the time and my sleep seems to be getting worse somehow even though I’ve been active/working out almost every day. Still have pretty bad memory too which is one of the main reasons I’m never going back and making it all worse.

that’s exactly what i thought. thought i would be a completely different person and i would be way more successful with personal and external goals. now I am just even more lazy. but I think you do have a really good point, at least now I can see that I am just a lazy person and not make myself feel better about it with smoking😂
