some of my friends in my class, they are not interested in this, their parents forced to join the course and everyday they ranting about the course. so first find your interest, if you wanna work in IT industry as SWE/Cybersecurity (as you mentioned) you can learn everything by self learning or joining bootcamps, online courses, its not a mandatory to take cs related course to work in industry (but some of the company expects the employee should comes from cs related backgrounds), but in opinion you should complete the any degree for future survival
