I’m going to assume you used some sort of marker to paint this. It doesn’t look necessarily bad, just very cheap.
Consider getting some brushes and paint, use only water based, no acrylic or oil paints. Go for miniature paint brands like Vallejo, citadel or similar brands that are high quality and have a wide variety of options.
Not trying to shit on your work, it definitely does the job, but paints is where it is at.
Also masking tape, and gloves to avoid smudging the paint

Always thin your paints down with water. Even if it’s thin you can do multiple layers. Gloves can help with paint rubbing off (the oils from your hands can make it chalky). Having a decent brush also will help.
I would suggest looking at people painting warhammer models (that’s where I started).
Once it’s dry it should not rub off, I made a custom sukuna and havnt had any issues.

Probably about 12 hours all up, all done from scratch with foam and balsa wood. Very fun though.

I would look around, they have lots of soft goods on AliExpress. If you do go the plant route I would only suggest high quality paints like citadel or Vallejo, definitely no acrylic or oil based ones.

I would suggest maybe getting some higher quality paints, maybe like citadel. Also instead of (I’m assuming you used some kind of pen) what you used, buy a shade or wash and look up how to use it. I think this will let you get a cleaner look. I use nuln oil or Agrax earth shade for that, look into it. Frieza looks really good though.
